We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Ashley Romero, B.S., BC-HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist/Owner
Ashley Romero is our hearing instrument specialist but has also been the friendly voice that you have heard on the phone for the last sixteen years. Prior to becoming a hearing instrument specialist, she was our office manager/billing manager/receptionist, so she is also very familiar with insurance billing/benefits.

Sarah McCullagh
Morning Receptionist/Office Manager
Sarah is our morning receptionist and office manager. She joined the Vegas Valley Hearing team in October 2019 and has been chatting up our patients ever since. Sarah moved to Henderson from Toronto Canada in 2012 because of her husband's job in the entertainment industry and she took some time away from working to raise her two beautiful daughters, Keigan and Molly.
